An introduction to therapeutic journalling

Therapeutic journalling is a course designed to help you use writing as a tool for personal reflection, emotional growth, and mental wellbeing. During the course, you’ll explore various journalling techniques to process emotions, set meaningful goals, and reflect on your life’s journey. You’ll learn how to create a regular journalling practice that not only supports your mental health but also helps you stay organised and focused on your goals. Alongside writing, you'll be introduced to practical tips on how to organise different aspects of your life, such as using reminders, setting achievable goals, and managing your time effectively. Whether you're looking to improve self-awareness, find clarity, or build a sustainable system to manage your life, this course offers practical tools and guidance to support both your personal and organisational growth.
