Our plans for the Bakerloo Line extension win a prestigious award
The New Cross Area Framework and Station Opportunity Study won the ‘Masterplans & Area Strategies’ award, which recognises excellence in placemaking through area-wide regeneration strategies for the creation of new parts of the city.
The New London Awards is run by New London Architecture (NLA) and presented in association with the Mayor of London. It celebrates the very best architecture, planning and development schemes making the capital a better place in which to live, work and play.

This is why it’s so important that as many people as possible Back the Bakerloo campaign to make it happen.
‘I’m also delighted that contributions from local residents, business owners and others who work or study in the area were a key part of developing the vision. My congratulations to everyone involved.’
