British Sign Language (BSL) information and support in person

Our Customer Service Centre can provide information and support to deaf residents.
Telephones

We're currently experiencing technical issues with our telephone system and are working with our supplier to resolve them as quickly as possible.

You may experience connectivity issues and longer wait times as a result.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we restore normal service.

At our Customer Service Centre in Catford, we offer help with communication and support for deaf and hard of hearing people. A British Sign Language qualified staff member can help with a wide range of issues.

We offer advice about the benefits you could be entitled to, council services and how to get adapted equipment and services.

We can help you with:

  • writing letters
  • filling out various Council forms
  • making phone calls.
