Algernon Road

This development comprises four three-bedroom  houses to be let on ASTs at London Affordable Rents. These will replace  13 garages which formerly occupied the site.   

Bounded by Embleton Road to the west and Algernon Road to the east, the site is located next to two post-war blocks of two and three-stories to the north, and period housing to the south. The development will also create a new pedestrian walkway connecting Embleton Road and Algernon Road. The contractor became insolvent in July 2023 and negotiations are  proceeding with contractors to complete the works.
