Building Control
Our staff:District Surveyor - manages the Building Control service.Administration team - assists with initial enquiries, queries on applications, premises enquiries and inspection bookings.Plan checking team - answers queries on full plan submissions and are available to discuss proposed applications.Site inspection team - out and about in Lewisham most of the day doing their site inspections. You can call or visit them in the office between 9am and 10am (before they go out) and between 4pm and 5pm (after they return).
