Potholes
A pothole is where the surface of the road has been eroded and a hollow has formed.
Who is responsible

we are responsible for all public roads in the borough except red routes

red routes are maintained by Transport for London. Call 0845 305 1234 for potholes on red routes

roads on estates are maintained by your housing association and you should contact them if there is a pothole on the road - see a list of housing associations and contact details
Pothole repairs

you can report any pothole but we will send an inspector to assess whether a repair can be carried out

if the pothole is too small we cannot fix it as the repair material does not stay in the hole
