Home owners, private tenants and private sector landlords may be eligible for a grant or interest-free loan for home maintenance and other costs.

Disabled facilities grant

If you're a homeowner, tenant or private sector landlord, you may be eligible for a grant or interest-free loan for adaptations to enable residents to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Home repairs grant

This grant aims to provide safe, warm and decent homes for older and vulnerable residents who are homeowners.

Empty property grant

To help eligible empty property owners undertake repairs, improvements or conversion works to bring long term empty properties back into residential use.
