What is a community garden? 

Community gardens are unique, locally managed pieces of land developed in response to the needs of the communities in which they are based. 

Setting up a community garden

All you need to set up a community garden are:

  • a derelict or unused piece of land

  • some dedication, commitment and green fingers!
