Grandmentors Lewisham
The Grandmentors Programme is an award winning, intergenerational mentoring programme for care experienced young people aged 16-24 years old. Young care leavers are matched with older volunteers who come from a wide range of backgrounds and all walks of life, which enables them to understand and meet the range of needs of their mentees. Although mentors can fill any number of different roles, all have the same goal in common to help young people achieve their potential and discover their strengths.
