About the service

The supported tenancy service is normally shared by a small group of tenants.

Staff are staff based in the home providing support with day to day living. Support can be provided from a few hours  to 24 hours per day.

Support provided

Help and support is offered for things like:

  • setting up and maintaining a home
  • managing finances

  • claiming benefits

  • developing domestic and life skills.

Applying for a supported tenancy

We will need to carry out an assessment of your needs to decide whether a supported tenancy can best meet your needs.
