Grass verges
We cut the grass on all council-owned land along highways and verges. We also cut the grass in parks, cemeteries and town centres.
Streetlights coming on late
We're aware that some streetlights in the borough are coming on late and we're working to fix the problem as soon as we can.
Across the borough, we're trialling a new management regime on some grass verges that are friendly to nature with the aim of boosting biodiversity in the area. Read more about the No Mow Zone initiative.
