Pay your rent
You can pay your rent for Council and Regenter Brockley properties, online, by Direct Debit or standing order, on the phone or in person at shops or post offices.
Rent and service charge balances
If you've made a payment since Friday 12 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.
Please bear with us while we fix this technical issue, and contact us by email if you need an accurate statement of your account:

Problems paying your rent?
As a tenant you are responsible for keeping your rent payments up to date, otherwise you may lose your tenancy with the Council.
If you are having trouble paying your rent, talk to your housing provider.

You may be able to apply for housing benefit or Universal Credit.
