Positive Ageing Council events

Hear guest speakers discuss key issues for older people at our themed meetings.

Afterwards you'll have an opportunity to ask questions and share your thoughts on the issues of the day at a round table session.  

Light refreshments are provided. 

Upcoming meetings

Public meeting: Thursday 27 March, 11am to 1pm

Hear how the council and community partners have been working to support older residents with these issues. This event will include follow up from our Heating and Eating Survey conducted at the Christmas meeting.

Venue: St. Laurence Community Centre, 37 Bromley Rd, London SE6 2TS.
Buses 54, 136, 298, 320, 47, 171, 199 and 660 stop at Bromley Road/Lewisham Town Hall – approx. 100m walk to the centre.
There is some limited parking at the centre, and in nearby side streets.
