This development will demolish the existing building and construct 3 new blocks ranging between 3-6 storeys to provide 64 self-contained units incorporating balconies, with private and communal amenity space. 23 units will be for social housing and 41 units will be for shared ownership (100% affordable). Planning Permission was granted in February 2024. The next step is to go out to tender to select the Main Contractor to build the new homes.
