Report a problem with your bin or a missed collection

If your bin hasn't been collected by 2pm on the day of your scheduled collection, report the missed collection and, provided the bins are not contaminated, we will aim to return and collect it before the next scheduled collection date.

You can also let us know if there is a problem with your bin - for example, if it's been broken.
