Bin collection days

Due to the current hot weather, our collection crews will be starting their rounds slightly earlier to avoid working in the highest temperatures.

Please put your bins out by 5.30am on your collection day (instead of 6am) until further notice.

We have temporarily paused all new recycling bin orders due to high demand while we await new stock.

We’re aware that some residents who have already placed an order have been waiting more than 20 days, and we’re sorry for the delay. We know this is frustrating and we’re working hard to get bins out to you and to restock with our supplier as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
