23L kitchen caddies unavailable

We can’t currently take any new orders for 23L kitchen caddies.

The national rollout of food waste recycling to flats means suppliers are busier than usual and we’re waiting for our next delivery.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and will reopen orders as soon as more stock arrives.

Thanks for bearing with us - and for being keen to recycle your food waste.

Order a new bin if you live in a house, or a flat in a converted house. Find out what type of bin you should have by your property type.

If we've removed your bins

We won't give you a new recycling bin or food waste bin if we had to remove your old one because you were using it incorrectly. You would have received letters from us about this before we removed it. Find out what items can go in your recycling and food waste bins.

If your garden waste bin's been removed, it's because you weren't displaying a valid permit sticker. Apply for the current subscription year's sticker.

Request bags if you live in a property without bins

If you live in a property that has no space for bins (i.e., flat above a shop) you will be issued orange bags for general household waste and clear bags for recycling. They're delivered on a quarterly basis (usually in March, June, September, December).

Request a bigger bin

In exceptional circumstances, we can provide a larger rubbish bin for your property if you meet certain criteria.

Bin damage and repairs

Let us know if your bin's been damaged, and request a repair. For damaged food waste bins, you will need to order a new bin.

Request a bin removal

Let us know if you'd like us to remove a bin from your property.
