Request information about your building

Get more information about the building you live in.
Rent and service charge balances

If you've made a payment since Friday 12 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.

You can request information such as:

  • a summary of, or further information on the Safety Case
  • up-to-date fire risk assessments
  • any document referenced in the Safety Case report
  • the Resident Engagement Strategy
  • a summary of any recent consultation

What does a Building Safety Manager do?

The Building Safety Manager's main focus is to keep you, your family, and neighbours safe and informed about the building you live in. They will visit your block regularly to check for and manage any building safety issues, including:

  • reviewing fire doors
  • ensuring communal areas are kept clear
  • monitoring the general safety of your building
  • checking that the assets in your building are maintained
