Housing complaints emails

Rent and service charge balances

If you have made a payment since Saturday 6 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.

What does a Building Safety Manager do?

The Building Safety Manager's main focus is to keep you, your family, and neighbours safe and informed about the building you live in. They will visit your block regularly to check for and manage any building safety issues, including:

reviewing fire doors
ensuring communal areas are kept clear
monitoring the general safety of your building
checking that the assets in your building are maintained
