Find out who your Housing Officer is and how to contact them
Housing complaints emails

Due to an IT issue, our housing complaints email address isn't working. We're expecting to have it back up and running by the end of the week.

Rent and service charge balances

If you have made a payment since Saturday 6 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.
Please bear with us while we fix this technical issue, and contact us by email if you need an accurate statement of your account:

  • Help with changes to your tenancy
  • Take reports of antisocial behaviour and nuisance
  • Offer advice on moving house
  • Work with tenants’ and resident’s associations
  • Deal with breaches of tenancy
  • Estate inspections on request

If you want to get in touch with your Housing Officer, email housingmanagement@lewisham.gov.uk making sure to include your name and full address, or call us on 0800 028 2028 (option 5, then option 1).

On the Housing Portal

You can find who your Housing Officer is on the Housing Portal under My Accounts > Account, Property and Transaction Details.

On the interactive map

You can also use our interactive map to find out who your Housing Officer and Caretaking Manager are, as well what days your estate is cleaned and when bulk waste is collected. 

Instructions

  • tick Lewisham Housing Areas in the 'Show layers' menu
  • zoom in on the map, or use the 'Simple address search' bar to find your address
  • click the coloured dot on the map to open the 'Information bubble' and click the plus button to open the menu
