Due to an IT issue, our housing complaints email address isn't working. We're expecting to have it back up and running by the end of the week.

Rent and service charge balancesIf you have made a payment since Saturday 6 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.

On the Housing Portal
You can find who your Housing Officer is on the Housing Portal under My Accounts > Account, Property and Transaction Details.
On the interactive map
You can also use our interactive map to find out who your Housing Officer and Caretaking Manager are, as well what days your estate is cleaned and when bulk waste is collected.

- tick Lewisham Housing Areas in the 'Show layers' menu
- zoom in on the map, or use the 'Simple address search' bar to find your address
- click the coloured dot on the map to open the 'Information bubble' and click the plus button to open the menu
