Change email address

Tell us your email address has changed.

Once you have registered for your MyLewisham account you cannot change your email on the same account. Instead you will need to register for a new MyLewisham account if your email address has changed.

Once you have registered for a new account you can notify us of the new email address via this form and we can merge some of the records from your previous account with your new account. Please ensure you include details of your old and new email address when completing this form.

Please note that after registering for a new MyLewisham account you will need to check your Council Tax or Benefit account is connected to your new MyLewisham account and reconnect it if it is no longer connected.
