Our SEND Partnership Strategy 2025-2030 and Improvement Plan

The refreshed SEND Strategy 2025-2030 commits to inclusive practice across the partnership, early and effective support for children and young people with SEND and collaborative work with all key stakeholders for best possible outcomes for our children and young people with SEND.

It prioritises collaboration and co-production with families, timely identification of needs and wider workforce development to meet needs.

The strategy emphasises empowering the voices of our children and young people with SEND and their families and ensuring successful transitions into adulthood. It sets clear partnership goals to improve education, health, and wellbeing outcomes for our children and young people with SEND.
