Help for parents
You can contact your Health Visitor is you are worried about your mental health or emotional wellbeing. Other services on offer include:
- Mental Health support for new parents
- Mindful Mums, helps pregnant women and new mums in Lewisham look after themselves during what can be a challenging period of their lives
- Being Dad, helps new dads and male caregivers to navigate fatherhood.
