Pay by direct debit

We’re making it easier for you to manage your business rates with flexible direct debit options.

You can choose to pay on either the first day or the 15th day of each month. Spreading the payments over 10 monthly instalments (April to January) or 12 monthly instalments (April to March).

If you apply after April, your instalments will be spread over the remaining months of the year until March.

Paying by direct debit allows for more convenient, secure and flexible payments.

If that’s the case, you might be contacted by the Council’s Enforcement Services.

Our Enforcement Agents are an approachable group of officers who are there to listen and help you. They are trained and comply with all the regulations so you can trust that you will be getting the most up-to-date and relevant information. It doesn’t matter how difficult or complex your situation is, our team are here to help you whenever they can.
