The Council moves forward with a new Expression of Interest process for Ladywell Playtower

Last week, the Council agreed to kickstart the first phase of the new EOI process - which will launch in December 2025.  Sign up to get the latest information on the Ladywell Playtower.

Councillor James-J Walsh, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Regeneration and Planning, said:

“This is a major step forward for reviving Ladywell Playtower. We’re seeking a partner with the resources and shared vision to deliver fair, sustainable, community-focussed regeneration.

“The new and improved EOI process will prioritise transparency and local input, ensuring heritage restoration reflects the community’s aspirations for this landmark venue.”
