This site is land formerly occupied by the Ladywell Leisure Centre and is the area to the rear of the modular and de-mountable PLACE/Ladywell building is situated on the section of the site bordering Lewisham High Street. Planning Permission for 102 new homes (100% affordable) was granted in October 2023. The next step is to go out to tender to select the main contractor to build the new homes.
