The Excalibur estate regeneration is across 5 phases. Phases 1 and 2 have already been delivered. The construction of Phase 3 commenced in 2021 and is delivering 102 new homes of which 36 will be for social rent, 21 will be for equity and shared ownership and 45 for sale.
