Grace Path

Grace Path provides five two-storey, three-bedroom family houses let on ASTs at  London Affordable Rent levels.

The site was formerly occupied by a garage court located to the rear of 31-61 Silverdale, backing onto the railway line serving Sydenham station. The garages were demolished to enable the construction of the new development which was partly funded by the Greater London Authority. The houses all have individual parking bays and roof terraces.
