Arcus House

Planning has been achieved for the demolition of disused allotments and garages at the rear of Arcus Road and 1-10 Chingley Close, to redevelop the land to provide a total of 36 residential homes. 25 for social rent and 11 shared ownership. Alongside the new homes, the development will include the construction of two new streets, a shared public play area and the planting of trees and hedgerows, a new substation and cycle parking.
