New Cross Fire 43rd anniversary

On 18 January 1981, the New Cross Fire led tragically to the deaths of 14 young Black people.

2024 marks the 43rd anniversary of the New Cross Fire. A memorial service is due to take place on Thursday 18 January 2024 from 10.30am, at St Andrew's Church in Brockley. A livestream will be available on the day.
