We believe passionately in preserving independence and improving the quality of life of vulnerable people by offering sustainable solutions to some of the problems often associated with frailty, lone-living and isolation. We provide a range of Home Care services which help older people, those with physical or learning disabilities, dementia, mental health and neurological conditions, as well as other vulnerable adults, to live independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes, surrounded by the things that matter to them and the memories they cherish, and where important social networks can be preserved.
Our Homecare service is very flexible and there are a range of options for you to choose from: we offer visits from 15 minutes to several hours, right up to overnight support and 24hr Live in Care. You may need temporary help after an illness or discharge from hospital, or because your regular carer is taking a holiday. We are able to accommodate customers from all walks of life with a wide range of needs.
We can help with personal care and hygiene, food preparation and nutrition, medication, housework and cleaning, shopping, accompanied trips out and social visits outside the home.
