Rent and service charge balances
If you've made a payment since Friday 12 December it may not show up correctly on your account on the Portal or the balance check by text.

We have a long list of requests for cycle hangars and install new hangars at locations where there is highest demand. Find out more about cycle storage for hire.
All installations are dependent on funding – so we can't install bike hangars in every location where they're requested.
When we're selecting bike hangar locations, we look at:
- the number of requests for a bike hangar in a specific location – so you might want to work with other residents to request hangars
- whether or not the surrounding properties can house bikes
- if there are existing bike hangars with vacancies nearby
