Planning application forms and advice notes
We want your input on our draft Planning Enforcement Plan, which will guide our approach to tackling breaches in planning regulation in Lewisham - we're re-opening our July/August consultation for more public feedback:

We encourage you to submit applications online through the Planning Portal. On the portal you can create an electronic application, attach your drawings and other supporting documents and pay the application fee by credit or debit card.
If you do not want to apply online, you can download forms and submit them to us along with the required supporting documents and fee. See the Planning Portal for help selecting the correct application form.
In order to submit a valid planning application you must follow the local requirements list which sets out what is required for each type of application and the minimum that we will accept as part of the submission. Please note when applying for a lawful development certificate the local requirements list does not apply and guidance on these can be found in the list below).
Fees
In most cases, a fee is required. Please use our fees list or calculate the fee using the Planning Portal fee calculator.
You can pay either:
- pay fees on the Planning Portal when you submit your application
- call 020 8314 7400 to make a payment
Please note we only accept debit or credit cards.

Windows

Householder applications– changes once you have received planning permission | Application for non-material amendment Following the grant of planning permission, you may wish to make small amendments to the permission e.g. repositioning a door or window.
