Helps people with learning disabilities speak up and be heard. 
They run men’s, women’s, and mixed self-advocacy groups, plus online music sessions.

• Lewisham Parent and Carer Forum (LPCF) 

Support for parents and carers of young people with disabilities or additional needs. Workshops, coffee mornings, and support networks. 

• Heart n Soul 

Creative arts and music group based in Deptford. For people with learning disabilities or autism. Offers clubs, workshops, and performances.

• Adult Learning Lewisham 

Courses for adults with learning disabilities in: Art, music, fitness, cookery, computer skills, relationships, staying safe, work skills and volunteering

Weekly social group with: Games, drawing, snacks, occasional outings with minibus transport included.
