The London Borough of Lewisham undertook a 4-week period of consultation, from Wednesday 25 February until Wednesday 25 March 2026, to introduce a Lane Rental Scheme on a proportion of its road network in accordance with the Street Works (Charges for Operational Occupation of the Highway) (England) Regulations 2012 (the Lane Rental Regulations) made under Section 74A of the New Roads and Street Works Act. This report presents the findings of the consultation.
