Resident priorities survey

We launched a Resident Priorities Survey in May 2026 for everyone who lives in Lewisham Council housing.

The survey asks about the things that most affect your everyday life, including repairs and maintenance, safety and security, the cleanliness of blocks and estates, how well we communicate and how easy it is to get updates or support if something goes wrong.

We’d also love your input on the types of community projects we should support. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by Monday 7 September 2026. The more responses, the clearer the picture and the better we can reflect residents’ priorities.
