Business Awards voting is now open

Please vote your favourite businesses from now until 9am Friday 2 October 2026 by completing this form.

Le Delice at 2025 Business Awards

It's time to celebrate the businesses that make Lewisham special. From independent cafés and retailers to innovative start-ups, creative businesses and social enterprises, the awards shine a spotlight on the businesses helping our borough thrive.

Whether it's a café that always goes the extra mile, a sustainable business making a positive impact, or a young entrepreneur bringing fresh ideas to Lewisham, now is your chance to show your support.

This year, the awards feature 12 public vote award categories, showcasing the incredible talent, innovation and community spirit across Lewisham's business scene.

Earlier this year, the community was invited to nominate their favourite local businesses for the Mayor of Lewisham Business Awards 2026. The response was fantastic, with more than 2,000 nominations received in a shortened nomination period.

After weeks of careful deliberation, the judging panel has revealed this year's shortlist. Now it's over to you.

Cast your vote and help decide who takes home a Mayor of Lewisham Business Award.

The winners will be revealed at a special awards ceremony at Catford's iconic Broadway Theatre on Wednesday 21 October 2026.

Voting closes at 9am on Friday 2 October 2026, so don't miss your chance to support your favourite local businesses.

Mayor of Lewisham Liam Shrivastava said:

"Our Lewisham businesses are the lifeblood of our local economy. Whether on our high streets, in our town centres, online or behind the scenes, they create jobs, bring people together and help our communities thrive. I'm delighted to see this year's awards get underway and with voting now open, local people have the chance to show some love for the businesses that make Lewisham, Lewisham. I’m encouraging everyone to get involved, cast their vote and help celebrate the very best of our borough."

Councillor Shireen Asaw, Cabinet Member for Workers, Business and Skills, said:

"These awards are a celebration of the businesses that keep Lewisham moving. Every vote helps recognise the people and organisations creating jobs, supporting our high streets and making a difference in our communities. Get behind your favourites, to not only back their work, but show the whole business community how much we value what they do for our local area."
