Lewisham Council launches survey to improve mental health support for young people

We're inviting children and young people aged eight to 25, and parents and carers of children and young people to complete the survey.

The Council are running a borough-wide survey to better understand how children and young people in Lewisham are feeling, and what support they need for their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

We want to:

  • understand how children and young people in Lewisham are feeling right now
  • find out what’s working (and what’s not) when it comes to getting support
  • learn about any challenges or barriers to finding help
  • hear your ideas for how support could be improved

The survey takes just ten minutes to complete and is completely anonymous.

Whether you're a young person or a parent/carer, your views are important. They will help the Council:

  • identify the biggest needs around mental health and wellbeing
  • highlight gaps in local services
  • make support easier to access, more effective, and right for your community
