We lease residential properties for three–nine years to homeless families who need long-term accommodation.
If you are a landlord, we can offer you:
- guaranteed rental income for the lease period, even if the property is empty
- no admin, letting or management fees
- rent paid a month in advance
- professional housing management service (PSL)
- property inspection
- guaranteed vacant possession when the lease ends.
What we are looking for

are in good, habitable condition

have approved safety documents (gas, electrical and energy performance certificates)

have a valid HomeCare 200 boiler and heating repair contract or equivalent.
