We lease residential properties for three–nine years to homeless families who need long-term accommodation.

If you are a landlord, we can offer you:

• guaranteed vacant possession when the lease ends.

What we are looking for

• are in good, habitable condition

• have approved safety documents (gas, electrical and energy performance certificates)

• have a valid HomeCare 200 boiler and heating repair contract or equivalent.
