Statement on Besson Street development
Response to Music Room London's request for a deed of easement to the planning application.
We are in talks with Music Room London. We intend to make this project work for new and existing residents and businesses in and around the site.
In response to a request from Music Room London, Besson Street LLP has agreed to offer a deed of easement to the planning application for all properties on the site.
Our planning service will consider the easement as part of the planning process, as they first assured Music Room London in November 2019.
Besson Street LLP is a 50:50 joint venture between Lewisham Council and Grainger plc.
