Celebrating Youth Employment Week

Youth Employment Week is taking place next week from Monday 7 until Friday 11 July.

Elevate 100, our recently opened youth hub in Downham, is excited to share a full programme of events designed to support local young people aged 11–25 with their career journeys, wellbeing and aspirations. From CV support and mental health drop-ins to business advice and apprenticeship insights - there’s something for everyone.

  • Mental Health Support at the 124 Hub

Tuesday 1 July & Thursday 3 July, 3pm–7pm

Book a 40-minute session with a mental health specialist.

Wednesday 2 July, 10am–12pm & 2pm–4pm
Drop-in support for creating and tailoring CVs.

  • Bank of Things Drop-In

Wednesday 2 July, 3pm–5pm
Free toiletries and school supplies for young people facing hardship.
Walk-in service.

  • Wellness Drop-In

Thursday 3 July, 3pm–5pm
Confidential support with a counsellor for those navigating the stress of job hunting.
