- Thursday 10 April - Learn to braid stunning styles with confidence in at the Easter Braiding Workshop for young girls from 2.30pm until 4.30pm at the Corbett Community Library (tickets are £10)
- Tuesday 15 - Saturday 19 April. Join in on free Easter crafting at Lewisham Shopping Centre (Central Square between) for lots of Easter-themed crafts between 10.30am and 4.30pm daily
- Wednesday 16 April – Come down to Deptford Creek and launch your duck to victory at the Family Friendly Easter Duck Race at Creekside Discovery Centre from 10.30am
- Thursday, 17 April – Join 3 Little Birds Foundation for their Easter Stay and Play for a special Easter event at St Mark’s Church from 1pm

- Saturday 5 April – Attend a Collaborative Storytelling workshop with Artbox at Goldsmith’s CCA gallery from 11am until 1pm. During the session you will explore Galli’s extensive drawing practice, joyously cut into sketchbooks, create collaborative comic books. Suitable for adults and children (supervised), with all ages and abilities welcome
- Saturday 5 April – Visit the Blackheath Book Sale for Age Exchange at the Old Bakehouse Theatre between 10am until 4pm. Explore over 5,000 books for sale with most novels and Children's Books are £1 or £2
- Saturday 5 April – Join the Pattern and Print Club at Grove Park Community Library from 10am until 11am. These sessions are about spending quality time with your young ones while being creative, getting inspired and making unique pieces of art to take home
- Saturday 5 April – Experience a night of classic reggae music at the One Love: The Music of Bob Marley & UB40 show at Catford’s Broadway Theatre
- Sunday 6 April - The Big Market is back at The Fox and Firkin on the 1st Sunday of every month. There will be a DJ, free workshops, arts and craft activities and up to 30 stalls
- Sunday 6 April Lewisham Food Market returns. From 10am until 3pm find at Cornmill Gardens (opposite Lewisham Station) to enjoy delicious street foods and local market goodies. It’s free to attend and dog-friendly
- Monday 14 April – Join an Independent Publishers Workshop with Slow + Dirty Press. Participate in a hands-on workshop to explore radical publishing and create your own bootlegged publications
- Saturday 19 April Join seasonal fun and games at the Horniman’s Spring Fair from 11am until 4pm. Enjoy live music, crafts, street food, bubbles and lots more.
- Monday 21 April – Shop second-hand treasures at the So Last Century's Vintage Market at Beckenham Place Park from 10am until 5pm. Find mid 20th century furniture, lighting, homeware and ceramics, original posters, prints, books, records, antique maps and charts, French brocante, salvage, vintage clothes (including for children), and more
- Saturday 26 April - Books in the Park returns to Beckenham Place Park! This year will feature exciting adult and children’s authors, free guided walks, stimulating writing workshops, interactive festival events, as well as some mouth-watering new additions including an expert-lead cheese tasting and the park’s much-loved food and farmers market
- Saturday 26 April - Learn how to drive a sewing machine from 9.30am until 12pm for ages 7-14 years. As part of this years Books in the Park festival, the Sewing Machine Driving Licence workshop will help you learn how to use a sewing machine while crafting a unique book bag. Spaces are limited to just 12, so be sure to book in advance.

Holiday Activities Programme
