Mais House and Otto Close

The Mais House site comprises a former sheltered housing block for the elderly that is now vacant. In its place, a new four, six and seven storey apartment building will be constructed providing 99 homes. These will be a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes. Adjacent to this on Otto Close, a row of 11 four bedroom terraced houses will be built.

As part of the development there will be an improved play space, landscaping, footpaths, and new cycle and refuse stores.
