Church Grove

The Church Grove development will deliver 36 high-quality homes onto a site which was formerly home to a derelict school and industrial park. The project will include a range of flats of different tenures, sizes and levels of self-build. Six of the homes will be for social rent, two at affordable rent levels and 12 of the homes will be sold as part of the shared ownership scheme. The self-build method allows future residents to have an influence over the design and construction of their own homes.

The sustainable and customised homes will be permanently affordable and partly self-built in order to reduce construction costs. The development will provide opportunities for training in construction for self-builders, as well as apprentices and volunteers from the wider community.
