Tendering for contracts with our partners
We help local businesses get onto the approved tender lists of larger firms and write tenders.
Our Local Labour and Business Scheme helps local residents who are looking for work and/or skills-related training, and local businesses who are hoping to win contracts with larger firms operating in the borough.
Over the next few years, thousands of new homes will be built in the borough, the redevelopment of large areas of land will help to create new public amenities, and improvements will continue to be made to the infrastructure including public transport. All this construction adds up to real opportunities for local businesses.
Since 2014, we have helped local businesses to secure contracts worth almost £5.5million.
