Deptford Neighbourhood Action neighbourhood forum and area

The Mayor of Lewisham designated the Deptford Neighbourhood Action community group (DNA) as a neighbourhood forum and area in February 2016.

The Deptford Neighbourhood Action (DNA) neighbourhood area

The Mayor approved the application to designate the DNA Neighbourhood Area and create the DNA Neighbourhood Forum at the Mayor and Cabinet meeting on 17 February 2016.

As a result of the Mayor’s decision, the DNA neighbourhood forum was authorised to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the DNA neighbourhood area that falls within the administrative boundary of Lewisham.

The DNA neighbourhood area can be seen clearly on the map below.

Deptford Neighbourhood Action also submitted an application for a neighbourhood area and forum within the administrative boundaries of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. There is more information on this additional application on the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s website.
