Click & Collect
There are three ways of accessing this service.
You can search for book on our library catalogue and place a request to collect them at your library of choice. It's easy - find your favourite title and click on 'Place hold'.
You can download the My Library app from your usual app store, log in with your library membership number and four-digit PIN, search for you book, and place a reservation at your library of choice.
Alternatively you can email us at libraries@lewisham.gov.uk providing the author and title of the book you require, which library you would like to collect your books from and your name and library card number.
Finally, you can call us on 020 8314 8024 and leave a clear message with author, title, and your name, library card number, library for collection and telephone number.
We will ring you back to let you know when and where you can pick up your book(s) from.
Remember, to pick up your reservation you will still need to bring your library card.
If you have lost yours or need one, please drop us a message via email or phone.
