Lively minds group

First Monday of the month, 10.30–11.30am

Social group for over 50s. Meet to hear a talk and have a discussion with refreshments.

Rhyme time

Tuesdays, 10–10.30am

Songs and rhymes for under-5s and their parents or carers. Free.

Book group

Second Tuesday of the month, 6.30–7.30pm

Meet new people and discuss a new book each month. Free.

I.T help

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 11am–2pm.

Get basic I.T skills training, help uploading documents to the Lewisham Council website, help filling out online forms and more.

You can also bring your own device along to get help with using it.

Adult Origami

First Wednesday of the month, 10am–11am

Origami sessions for adults and older people. Free.

Baby bounce

Thursdays, 2–2.30pm
Songs and rhymes for under-2s and their parents or carers. Free.

Vasco Talks

Every third Thursday of the month, 2–4pm.
Discussion Group with Vasco Stevenson, a prostate health awareness activist and African History lecturer. A variety of subjects are covered including black history and health and wellbeing. Free.

Carers Lewisham outreach/advice hub

Adult carers in the Forest Hill area can have a chat and get advice with Syringa Prince (Neighbourhood Carers Support Officer).

One Thursday each month 11am–12 noon.

KidZ origami

Occasional third or fourth Saturday of the month, 2–3pm

Make beautiful animals and other shapes from paper. Free.

Speak to your councillor in person and raise any issues of concern.
