Removals and storage for people in temporary accommodation

If you are moving into temporary accommodation because you are homeless, you should arrange for your belongings to be removed and stored.

Who can use our removals and storage service

We will assess you to see if you are eligible for the service. You can only use our removals and storage service if you:

• have possessions you can’t bring into your temporary accommodation

• can’t store your possessions anywhere else

• are unable to arrange for your possessions to be removed and stored yourself.

How much it costs

Our removals service costs £150. The storage costs £10 a week. If you have had an assessment, use the form below to pay for the £150 removals fee.
