School Admissions and Appeals Team's response to COVID-19
Our School Admissions Team will be working out of the office from 18 March until further notice.
We have the relevant infrastructure and processes in place to ensure a robust continuity of service. However, applications may take longer to processes.

Phone lines
Our phone lines will remain open Monday–Thursday, 9am–1pm.
Emails
We normally respond to emails within 10 days. This may take longer at the moment.
Applications
In-year applications
We will continue to process in-year applications and make offers in line with our current processes.
There may be some delays in processing in-year applications, especially if we are faced with school closures.
Please do not make unnecessary telephone calls or send emails about proofs that you have submitted in support of your application. If we require any additional information we will contact you.
Transfer to secondary school
We will continue to add late applications and make any changes to applications.
Waiting list positions should still be available from 1 April 2020.

Late applications
Transfer to secondary school and starting school late applications will not be processed until mid-May.
You may continue to request a late application form via email.
